Enhanced self check
The integrity of the measurement system can be confirmed on-site. The self checking function can send signals to the positioning circuit and check the display and power functions

Handheld receivers can locate target pipelines in densely populated areas. The operator can measure the magnitude and direction of the signal current applied by the system transmitter, which is close to direct current.
The receiver performs necessary calculations and displays the results in real-time. This provides operators with effective and advanced testing methods. PCM can accurately locate the contact points between pipelines and metal structures, as well as the faulty sections of the protective layer, thereby accurately inspecting the cathodic protection system.

PCMThe dedicated high-power transmitter of the system can detect signals up to a distance of 30 kilometers (20 miles). The connection points are greatly reduced, thereby shortening the pipeline inspection time.
The transmitter has three working modes, which can effectively map the main line (transmission pipeline) and branch line (distribution pipeline) of the pipeline system.
PCMThe transmitter connection is very simple, and the LCD displaying current and power readings on the transmitter helps operators choose settings for special pipeline situations.

Attachment A bracket can be used to connect the receiver for precise positioning of anti-corrosion coating damage and insulation. The display screen of the PCM receiver can show the direction of the fault and the direction arrow of the CD being used, making it easier to locate the fault point. The PCM also displays the dB micro voltage reading flowing through the A-frame pin, and can compare between different fault points to determine the most serious fault. This value can be conveniently stored in the PCM database and uploaded to a PDA or PC via Bluetooth.
